REGISTRATION PERIOD

The registration fees include admission to all scientific sessions, materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and social events.

AFEDEV Members (*)

• Full rate                  245 EUR    (NB: AFEDEV membership: 60 EUR)
• Reduced rate (**)   145 EUR    (NB: AFEDEV membership: 25 EUR)

Non-AFEDEV Members

• Full rate                  310 EUR
• Reduced rate (**)   180 EUR

(*) To be considered an "AFEDEV Member" and benefit from the corresponding rate, you must provide proof of AFEDEV 2026-27 membership. Please send you proof at contact.icde.2026@gmail.com before registering at the conference.

No refund will be possible if you join AFEDEV after paying the registration fee.

 (**) Reduced rates apply to researchers/teachers employed by national institutions in a low- and middle-income country, students, post-doctoral fellows, young researchers (two years since the defense), and unemployed persons.

• Complete your registration.

• Once your registration has been validated by us, it will be updated directly on your account.

• Please then return to the "My Registration" page to proceed with the payment.

CANCELLATION

No refunds will be issued.

Please note that the conference is expected to begin at 08:30 on Thursday 2 July 2026 and conclude at 19:00 on Friday 3 July 2026. Your session may be scheduled at any time during these days.
